Celebrate a Special Day at the Greater Carbondale YMCA

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable with a YMCA Birthday Party! We offer fun-filled, stress-free celebrations where kids can enjoy exciting activities while parents relax and enjoy the moment. With a variety of party packages and amenities, we make birthdays easy, fun, and memorable for everyone!

Birthday Party Packages

Choose from a variety of exciting party options designed to create an unforgettable experience:

POOL & GYM PARTY

1 hour in the pool with the slide and fountain mushroom; 1 hour in the gym with a bounce house

  • $425 for members**
  • $495 for nonmembers

(There might be 2 parties in the pool per time frame)

NERF BLAST PARTY

1 hour of organized games (barriers/wall set up); 1 hour of free time. (Bring your favorite shooter or borrow ours. We supply the Nerf darts.)

  • $280 for members**
  • $345 for nonmembers

BOUNCE PARTY

2 hours of gym time with a bounce house

  • $270 for members**
  • $335 for nonmembers

DODGEBALL PARTY

1 hour of organized games (Y staff assisted); 1 hour of free time

  • $280 for members**
  • $345 for nonmembers

** The birthday child must be a YMCA member to receive the member rate.

For all parties, at the second hour, we bring the pizza and juice boxes to the gym.

For all pool parties, youth will be swim tested to see which area of the pool they will be able to swim in.

Every YMCA Birthday Party Includes:

  • 2 hours of party fun for up to 20 kids
  • 3 trays of pizza & juice boxes
    (You are welcome to bring any additional
    refreshments you would like)
  • All the paper products (tablecloths, pizza & cake plates, napkins and forks)
  • Party favors for guests (little trinket toys)
  • Gift for the birthday child as a “thank you for having your party at the Y”
  • All the set-up & clean-up
  • Adults of party swim for free

Party Add-Ons

  • $5.00 per additional child over the 20
  • $13 each for additional pizza

Booking

  • Parties are held on Saturdays & Sundays.
  • A half-down, non-refundable deposit is required to book a party.
