The Greater Carbondale YMCA is proud to partner with the Agency for Community Empowerment of NEPA to offer Pre-K Counts (Head Start), a high-quality early childhood education program designed to help children prepare for kindergarten at no cost to income-eligible families.

What is Pre-K Counts?

Pre-K Counts is a state-funded program that provides a structured and enriching preschool experience for children who meet income eligibility requirements. This program ensures that all children, regardless of financial circumstances, receive the educational foundation they need to thrive in a school environment.
